Incorrectly Dispatched Parts
If MVA Spares has dispatched an incorrect part that does not match the buyer’s original purchase, we will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, we will arrange for the correct part to be shipped at no additional cost.
Incorrectly Purchased Parts
If the buyer has mistakenly purchased the incorrect part, the return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Any returned goods showing signs of use, grease, debris, or damage that prevents resale will not be eligible for a refund or credit. In such cases, the buyer will be required to either collect the item from MVA Spares or cover the shipping costs for its return.
Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
Coverage: Free shipping applies only to main provincial city centers and excludes outlying areas not serviced by our designated courier provider. Processing Time: Orders with free shipping will be processed and dispatched within 7-10 business days after payment confirmation in our company bank account.
Returns & Handling Fee: If a correctly supplied product is returned, a 10% handling fee will be applied, and the buyer will bear the return shipping costs.
Agreement: By purchasing a product with free shipping, the buyer agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.
Electric and Electronic goods go through rigorous testing prior to the consumer receiving them. Most manufacturers do not accept returns on electric or electronic items.
Goods returned to us must be securely packaged with bubble wrap or any other reasonable packing material. Goods returned damaged will not be credited and the buyer will be required to collect these goods at their own cost.n Goods must be returned within 5 Days. We have the right to refuse the return of goods after 5 Days.If you have purchased goods and it was correctly supplied, only to find it cheaper somewhere else; these types of returns are not permitted. This is termed "change of heart purchases". The CPA does not cater to change of heart returns. Please motivate your return to a manager at MVA Spares. It will be up to his or her discretion on whether they will accept the return for a credit.
Whilst the goods are under warranty, Acts of GOD are NOT covered (Example, natural disasters, child breaking the part, mishandling it) Please do not return these types of warranty claims as you will incur unnecessary costs.The Risk In and To Any Parts Shall Be Passed Onto the Purchaser on the Date of Delivery/Purchase.The Supplier Is Furthermore Not Liable For Any Damages Or Loss Incurred By The Courier Company For Goods In Transit And Insurance Of Such Items Is At The Discretion Of The Purchaser.
A Deposit Sale Is A Binding Contract Between Both The Supplier And The Client. A Deposit Sale Is To Be Paid In Full Within 30 Days Unless Otherwise Stipulated. Should The Balance Of The Deposit Not Be Paid Within The Prescribed Period, There Will Be No Refund Or Credit Note Issued And The Deposit Will Be Forfeited. Should The Client Wish To Cancel The Contract Within The 30 Day Period And Only If Such Is Agreed By The Management, The Client Will Be Charged A 20% Handling Fee Of The Full Price Of The Contract And The Refund Of The Amount Less 20% Will Only Be Made Once The Supplier Has Resold The Part.
No Liability Whatsoever Shall Arise Furthermore On The Part Of The Supplier From Any Representation(S) Made Or Alleged To Have Been Made At Any Time In Respect Of Parts Supplied By The Supplier And Its Representatives To The Purchaser. Goods Remain On Property Until Paid In Full

Warranty
Please read carefully to make an informed decision.The warranty is protected by the Consumer Protection Act.It is vital and compulsory that this item be fitted by a trained technician who possesses the necessary qualifications. Fitment can also be carried out by an accredited aftermarket repair center, e.g. RMIaccreditation or similar. Repair Technicians must have a qualification and training for the fitment of this specific product and use the correct equipment as specified by the Vehicle Manufacturer. This includes, but not limited to; torque settings, gaskets, specified lubricants, quality consumables,computer-aided settings, calibration settings, specified equipment and tools, etc.
Products Carry 6 months warranty (excluding electronics). If there is a specific label on the product regarding warranty duration; that label will supersede this warranty.Please make sure that this is the correct item before purchasing it. Match OE Numbers on the part removed from the vehicle to the part you are purchasing. Seek professional assistance from a qualified mechanical technician before choosing the correct part for your vehicle or contact your local vehicle manufacturer’s agent to acquire the correct part numbers. If in doubt, please contact us before purchase and bring a sample in store.
Returns are permitted within the guarantee period. Returns are subjected to inspection and testing by the relevant supplier or manufacturer before a claim is finalized. All documents related to the fitment must be supplied e.g. Job Card, Odometer Reading, Fitment Centre Accreditation, Diagnostic report, RMI Invoice.
Some manufacturers do not accept returns on automotive electrical products. These products have been rigorously tested and passed quality assurances prior to leaving the factory. Electrical Products are extremely sensitive. Some vehicles may have existing Electronic or Electrical Degradation within the Electrical Framework of the vehicle which may cause irreparable damage to the new part; upon fitment. Detailed Diagnostics must be supplied acknowledging that a specific part is faulty prior to the purchase of the new part and not just generic fault codes indicating a cluster of parts may be faulty. Fault codes from "palm-held" diagnostic machines are not accepted. Comprehensive Deep Analysis Handheld Diagnostics machines are accepted. Please make sure you understand this prior to purchase.Burnt units on starters and alternators are not returnable. Regulators and Sensors are extremely sensitive and are also not returnable once fitted into the vehicle.Whilst the goods are under warranty, Acts of GOD are NOT covered. Please do not return these types of warranty claims as you will incur unnecessary return costs.The supplier will have the final determination on the replacement. Terms and conditions apply.
Android Radios
- Warranty is 6 Months and must be fitted by MVA Spares or a qualified accredited auto electrician (proof of fitment and relevant certifications will have to be produced to activate warranty)
- We don't refund (only credit), but if we do, please note that courier/delivery fees are not refundable.
- Product returns for replacement or refund must be reported to us within 5 days from the date of receipt. For product replacement or refund requests, please return the entire item package including all accessories (unless advised otherwise). Package contents will be verified for completeness before a replacement / refund is issued
- Returned units with no fault are not acceptable and the buyer will be solely responsible for sending back.
- The cost for repairing units outside the warranty period will be at the customer’s cost including delivery cost.
- The customer is solely responsible for sending returned products to us; we will cover the cost of returning the repaired item back to the customer.
- All returns will get processed and dealt with within 30 days of receipt.
The above warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from
- Accident, neglect, abuse or acts of force majeure
- Unauthorized repair or modification or upgrade of the unit or its wiring
- Failure to install or improper installation or not use the product in accordance with the instruction or use of this product other than for its intended purpose
- Physically damage
- Operation Error
- The warranty stickers or serial number are not easy to identify, damaged, torn and altered, etc.
